Connoisseur or Conisewer?

I have never been a true connoisseur of anything. I always tend to go for the middle of the product line. Not the cheapest, and definitely not the most expensive.

I love to play with words. Over the years I came up with a word that describes what I am: a Conisewer. Rather than a Connoisseur.

Making fun of what I consume, I think that "sewer" works well.
